Forgive me I love this movie but don't own a copy so I haven't seen it in awhile. As I recall at the end it was kind of like hey we found each other were in love now but didn't Grace have a family that she found. What do you suppose happened with that?

If I remember right, Kenneth Branaugh on the commentary of the DVD, said he and Emma had this whole other scene at the end of the movie where they're walking on the beach and discussing matters such as this - the whole tie up epilogue - but, in the end, it had to be edited out and what we got was the kiss in the very last frame. Hmmm. Would have liked to seen ALL of what they filmed. Too bad.
shareSome guy showed up claiming to be her fiancée, but he was a fake. The only thing I recall them mentioning was that she was an artist. I imagine that she and mike lived happily ever after.
