Is this on DVD in any country?

I can't even find bootleg or unofficial copies (I'm sure the rights to this film have expired and are now in the public domain).

I haven't seen it, but relish just about any Englund performance, so I'm curious.

It's just been put out on MGM's DVD-R program via mail order. Quality isn't great but at least it's in 16x9.
