Same plot as Look Who's Talking?

I think this movie has the same plot as Look Who's Talking. The plot is basicially the kid wanting the perfect family. I also think the characters are the same as well. Bill is the same as the John Travola character. Grey is the same as the Kirstie Alley character. And Walker is same as Albert (George Segal's character). Obviously Curly Sue is the same character as Mikey (Bruce Willis).
Anyone else agree?

James: How many diapers does he go through a day? Six.
What's his favorite rock star? Michael Jackson.
Don't you think a father should know some of these things?

Albert: How much is she paying you, $5 an hour? Here, go play some video games.

James: Don't give me that *beep*
