DVD release please

Was this ever even released on DVD? Anyone know who owns the rights? The company credits sounded very vague and generic.

It never ceases to amaze me that sheer crap gets pumped directly onto DVD and movies such as this one that actually have merit slip between the cracks and are never seen again.

I'm pretty sure it is on DVD but is very hard to find in any form.
