What Ever happened to the Original Nuke 'em Part 4 idea?

I'm posting this on all the Nuke 'em boards in hopes of getting an answer:

Way back when (late 1990s I believe) Troma had a fantastical idea to let fans write the new Class of Nuke 'em High movie! It was an online contest. Two pages an entry - They picked the winners each week (or so). I even threw in a submission - didn't win mind you, but I remember the comments from the Troma team for that block being something along the lines of "some of the entries even tried to create a plot".

The story of coarse ended up being bonkers! It was all over the place, which could easily be the answer to my question, but that never seemed to stop Troma before!!!

Just wondering if any one else remembers this? And/or knows why it was scrapped?
