song in end credits

saw the movie the other day and loved it, but the song in the end credits has been stuck in my head ever since and can't figure out what song it is, i saw the movie on cable so can't really go back and read the credit and there is no soundtrack listing on this site. so can someone please help me out here; i think it was aaron neville who sung it but i could be wrong. please help anyone!
