DVD Release???

I have wanted to watch this for years as i was at junior school when this was released. I have seen a guy selling what looks like a bootleg copy of the video to disc on ebay and a few vhs versions. I also looked on the ITV shop to see if it was to be available but there are no signs of that happening. Anyone know if this can be found on the net for download or anything?
