Those WERE the more intelligent of the bunch. These folks the film is about, white supremacists and racists, are inbred, uneducated, psychologically damaged hicks.

Was that the old guy with the beard, who was talking about how blacks don't work in construction because it's hard work and all they know how to do it play basketball and make lots of money? Yeah. Really intelligent. Obviously he has TONS of experience with black people.

So? They showed what happened. They're showing just what those rednecks showed them. Want to talk about "follies"? How about the cracker wearing a hat that says "Sinn Fein" on it? Sinn Fein (the Irish Nationalist organization) is a Marxist political party and is opposed to everything those inbred morons stand for (Marxism is considered the polar opposite of Fascism). Personally, it pisses me off that these people would hijack my Christian, German, Irish and Scottish heritage for their misguided cause.
They are uneducated. I've met people like these. This film is a true and accurate portrayal of them. They are entirely deserving of the mockery they receive.

I dont think its fair to say that white supremacists are all inbred. i think alot are just lonely kids that dont feel as if they belong anywhere so they seek refuge in these type groups, taking their frustrations out on whatever groups neo-nazis "hate". i in no way endorse these groups, though. half is probably stupidity and the other half is just kids that feel the need to belong to a group.

I was with you until you used the word "cracker." Was that really at all necessary? If you don't want to be like the people in the film don't resort to the type of language they would use.

Ridicule is what they crave and deserve. Many are unintelligent thugs, some are youngsters looking to belong, others are motorcycle morons and a tiny few are truly hate filled losers looking for notoriety. Don't forget all the neo nazi goons clogging up the prisons. If someone wants enlightenment better look for it elsewhere.

Reading the history of the IRA, they are one crazy bucha guys. Their political and ideological leanings have shifted and caused fissures in the group for decades. During WWII, there was an active effort to collaborate with the Nazi's against the British. I guess the idea was that "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" mentality.
If you're ever in Ireland though, don't mention the subject, you're likely to get a kick in the teeth.
