This movie might've been better in the 70s or early 80s!

This movie was made in the NINETIES!!!

I LOVE the poorly dubbed voices, questionably (bad) film prints & bad editing usually associated with 70s & 80s Italian schlock, but this movie came out in 1991!!!! You'd think they'd "come around" by then. No excuse for this movie to be so crappy!
