Do you remember the first time you watched this?

I rented this the day after I caught Excellent Adventure on TV. I think I was in second grade at the time and had a friend sleeping over. This was the first movie I watch twice in a row. We were so into it at the time that we rewound it and watched it again.

I remember watching it on VHS(!) in the basement of my house with about four friends (a couple of whom had seen it before, and could already quote all the good lines). We ate a crapload of junk food and laughed ourselves stupid all the way through. One of my better movie-watching memories.

Yes I do. It was at the theater when I was almost 5. I went with my aunt, my sister, and a couple of other relatives. I was into Excellent Adventure and wanted to see this. Though I will admit, some things did kind of creep me out about this film when I first saw it, but keep in mind, I was only 5.

All I need is one mic...

Yep. It was 1995 (1994 maybe?) and I decided to rent it. I loved it but disappointed knowing that was the last one (at the time).

My mom and I saw it in the theater because the first movie was on cable CONSTANTLY weeks prior. I think that was one of the last times we went to the movies together before I started going by myself. Those were the days.

Me too! The place just died (of laughter) when B&T were endlessly falling to hell and when it said "Best of seven?" "Damn Right". Great memories here!

reply

The first time I watched it was opening night in the movie theater.

I was in fifth grade and in a boarding school and we watched both movies for movie night. It was a lot of fun. Good memories. I miss those days.

Very good. But brick not hit back!

reply

Saw it at the theater right when it was first released and loved it.

Wait a minute... who am I here?

reply

Yes. I was 11 and I saw it at the Odeon when it came out. Loved it then, and still love it to bits now!
