BOOOOOOOORING

Watching this movie was so excruciating that I almost felt like standing up and moving for a change. It is so slow and boring it makes "La dolce vita" look like an action movie. Supposedly, it is considered to be one of the most disturbing movies ever made, but for anyone who has been jaded by Italian horror movies of the 70s and early 80s this movie is no more disturbing (and no less boring) than D. W. Griffith's "Intolerance", which featured the very first simulated beheading scene in movie history.
