In all fairness, the reason his human form looked a bit... well, odd, is because they focused too much on developing his beast form, so when it came time to develop his human form, the animators just didn't care anymore. Still, at least Adam's human form didn't look like, say, Jean-Paul Sartre.
In any case, I think the one enchanted character who had the most ill-fitting human form, more than even Adam, was the featherduster largely due to just how completely unlike her enchanted form her human form looked. Adam's beast form not looking like his human form at least was justified by the fact that he needed to look unlike his human form so Belle would not immediately recognize him when he did have the curse be reverted from him. The featherduster didn't really have any reason to NOT have even a passing resemblance to her enchanted form while human. Her human form looked like they just took Vanessa from The Little Mermaid's base model, gave her a haircut, and then added a slightly larger bust, and she lacks a mole. Oh, and also, the featherduster's mouth was quite different (she had very small pouty lips as a human, whereas with her... well, featherduster form, her mouth looked more similar to Kefka Palazzo's mouth in Dissidia: Final Fantasy (Best seen here: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-XyHFoYUdx18/TwL7cnaydiI/AAAAAAAAAF0/0Udmvqqqn1o/s1600/kefkafaceshot.png)). The other servants at least had some bits about them besides wardrobe that would have us readily identify their human forms, she really didn't. What's even worse is that there was a concept art of her human form that DID have enough similarities to her enchanted form to be easily identifiable yet they didn't use it. http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/disney/images/3/3a/Fifi_Concept_Art.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20150327183345 Granted, the featherduster does look very beautiful in her human form, obviously rivaling Belle's beauty (and unlike the triplets, her not initially appearing to be as beautiful as if not more beautiful as Belle was at least justified).
