Armin Shimerman as Quark from DS9 plays Weezil in this wacky sci-fi. Again in heavy prosthetics and with large ears.
AND
Marc Alaimo was Gul Dukat on DS9 plays Rogor here. Again with gray completion and slicked back black hair.

Funny coincidence that both have starring roles in this movie onboard a dark gritty space station!

yeah at some point i was wondering if i'm still watching 'arena' or fell asleep and mixed it all up with deep space 9, had to come here to check it out :)

It's even funnier that both were excellent on DS9. This? Uh......
