Thanks to google.com, I find that Jane March had used body double in some scenes of "The Lover". The name of the body double is Cecile Fleury.
Do anyone know more detail about it? Jane March used body double on which scene?

Definitely, she didn't use a body double in the scenes showing her on the bed with the guy. She also didn't use a body double in the scene where they're doing it on the floor.

All the sex/nude scenes was Jane March herself. I can remember in interviews when the film was released, she talked about filming those scenes. She's not the bashful, embarassed type. She even did sex/nude scenes for Color of Night and that wasn't a body-double either.
