I just saw the trailer for Joshua and it reminded me of this movie. Is it a remake?

The 2 boys both look alike and both dress in jackets and ties and are very polite. Both boys are also very creepy. But the movies are very different.
shareJoshua is a good-looking, "normal" boy who is highly functional. Lucas is almost blind and is the "poor little boy" of the neighborhood. They are quite different in that regard.
Joshua always dresses in jackets and ties, however Lucas only dresses in jackets and ties when he is headed to the wedding.
However, both boys are have similarities, because both stories deal with young boys who are extremely dysfunctional.
