What if they had made Pugsley the evil one?

Ok in 1960's tv series Wednesday was probably the nicest sweetest member of the family, but as I pointed out, in the 3 movies and later remake TV series they totally change her character into basically lucifer in the flesh.

So I wonder how it would have went over if they made Pugsley the mean one and kept Wednesday sweet and nice, and always have Pugsley trying to kill or hurt Wednesday?

Just because we lose today's battle doesn't mean we've lost tommorow's war.

Pugsley had his moments of revenge on Wednesday though, we just never see them fully play out (the final new addams family episode, Wednesday tied to the chair in the movie) I don't think wednesday was particularly the evil one I just think in terms of how they live Wednesday is more intelligent so she can come up with the better games wereas the smartest thing Pugsley got to do was that litte bit of revenge in TNAF,
