Remake of Fulci's 7 note in nero (1977)

As a fan of Bollywood films, I found this to be an almost exact, extended, re-telling of the Italian Lucio Fulci thriller, 7 note in nero (1977), translated Seven Notes in Black, which was known in the USA as The Psychic. A woman with a gift of ESP has a vision of a murder, finds the body years later in a walled up section of a house owned by her new husband, and sets out to find the killer, and in so doing, brings on more murders.

A number of Indian movies, both Bollywood and non-Bollywood productions seem to have a very few number of remakes of famous American, British, Italian, Japanese, and a few Russian movies, with action, suspence, romance, and musical numbers. This being one of many exceptions. Questions, comments?
