Jackie's accent

I did not know of Roma Downey before seeing this TV movie and did not know she was northern Irish. But I did think, watching and listening, that the actress sounded like Grace Kelly. I know Kelly was American, and of Irish descent. However, I think the similarity is only coincidental.
