DVD plans?

I'm here to help spark a nationwide flame. This show needs to be released on DVD, all seasons, all episodes. I want to see it all, I miss all of my good shows and I want them all on DVD. This show was great and more people need to see it and remember it. Take this word and spread it.

Hell yeah!

I grew up with this show when I was around 7 or 8.

I hope I still find it funny. <_>

I'd love to see it released in some format or another. I got to be an extra in the episode where their band played at the dance so I'd at least like to get that episode.

I THINK I HAVE THAT EPISODE IS IT WHERE MERV SINGS "MYSTERY MEAT",THE ONE WHERE SHANICE SINGS OR THE ONE WHERE MERV SINGS SOMETHING ABOUT A LOBSTER I HAVE ALL THREE AND MORE IF YOU WANT [email protected]

I was an extra during a band scene in the gym. Did you have to do some kinda crab hand thing to the music??

reply

I hate to say it but I doubt that will happen. I remembered the show a few weeks ago and I couldn't remember the name. Then it took me forever looking online to find out what it was called. Although I really liked it too, I don't think anyone remembers. I wish Nick would show their old tv shows. Where do they go?? LOL

reply

the best chance for this show to be released on DVD would be at a website called tvshowsondvd.com

you can vote for this show to be released on DVD and chances are, it will possibly happen! so start voting!!!

reply

I rememebr watching this show, it was so funny! i laughd so hard, at the one where, Merv, Kevin, Walter, and OX steal Lipmans car, for a joyride .. and Lipman chases them; then the car stalls on a hill, and rolls backwards, and hits Lipman!! its so funny .. this show should be on DVD. It dissapoints me that NICK wont put the shows on DVD, and it pisses me off!! casue i miss shows liek this .. .

reply

Yeah, I loved this show too. So friggen funny! All of Nick's early TV shows were awesome...it seems like they don't even try anymore. Walter was da man.

Nickelodeon is doing what they call the Rewind Collection, starting with the first seasons of Clarissa and Pete & Pete. I'm hoping for this and Roundhouse.

ROUNDHOUSE?!?!? holy *beep* i cant believe i forgot about that show. I forgot about welcome freshmen too untill i read its name in a salute your shorts post and then remembered it.

Rock on

reply

I would definitely buy the DVD if it came out on it!

in the Clarissa and Pete & Pete DVDs is an insert, giving 'what was on nickelodian in 1993' and it gives a list of the week's line up. Now, Clarissa and Pete & Pete are on there. Plus, since I heard Hey Dude and Salute your Shorts were the next to go on DVD, so are they. In addition is Are You Afraid of the Dark, Roundhouse, Legends of the Hidden Temple, Welcome Freshmen, etc. It's my belief that they are going to be releasing all of them, at one time or another, so keep up the faith that Welcome Freshmen will be on DVD!

I never really outgrew it, they just cancelled everything. Damn those shows were great. I hope they do release them on DVD. I'll eventually get them all. We finally got Pete and Pete AND Clarissa. They are selling really well on Amazon too. Hopefully Paramount and Nick will wise up.

I remember this show used to be on either after or before "Fifteen". I can't really remember any episodes. I remember one time two people were fighting over a textbook and Mr Lipman said we'll just cut it in half and he tried tearing it in half. The students fighting over it just rolled their eyes and walked away then someone else came along and he got in trouble. ,
