Never did button his shirt, did he?

I used to watch this show with my brother. We called it the "Mexican Club" for sheets and giggles. The recurring motif of course was the dude never buttoning his shirt. We used to make so much fun of that. I think one time he DID button his shirt, because he had to go to court and testify (or something like that) and we were like WHOA DUDE!
