I think that's the point. Hence why the original intro had her get milk spilled all over her.

D'oh. Yeah. Dirt/crud from the Vacuum Cleaner. I had just started watching it for the first time in years when I posted it.

She's the #1 reason I didn't like the show and would avoid it. That, and I had no use for watching a bunch of babies and their antics when I was older than 7.

Yeah... But she made the show funny.

Plus, she didn't have the best parents. The mom was too self absorbed and always on her phone and the dad never disciplined her enough.
