Wierdly Hilarious Moments

There were a few off the wall, quirky moments that always made me laugh.
-Like in the epiode where Tommy and Phil wear dresses for a day, and they both jump off the bed thinking the dresses will work like parachutes. I loved that part.
-In the Valentines ep, Phil has that daydream while he watches that girl he likes.
-Tommy's cousin saying "Pickles? I'm huuuungry," in the family reunion ep. I have no idea why, but that was me and my sisters' favorite quote throughout our whole childhood, basically.
-Pretty much everything Phil has ever said. I'll probably think of more later.

ps- I'm 15, and I miss this show so much, you have no idea. I grew up with those babies, hahaha =).

Yeah when he walked around saying I'm huuuungry it always cracked me up.

in the christmas episode, i thought it was funny how lou would smash his finger with a hammer because spiked barked.

Im 14, so i also grew up with the babies

Yes! I used to constantly repeat the "I'm huuuuuungry" line when I was little.:D

In one episode they're playing in the sandbox. Lil is burying Phil, and he's completely covered, head to toe. All you can see are Phil's eyes and mouth, through the sand, blinking and talking to Tommy.
Cracks me up.

That episode had a lot of classics. I loved the parodies of Cool Hand Luke and the bit with the hand made of popsicle sticks in particular. Plus possibly the best dialogue exchange in Rugrats history.

Drew: Honey, everyone has to do things they don't want to sometimes!
Angelica: Not me Daddy - I'm special.
Drew and Charlotte: SHE'S GOING!

I love the part in the Piggy's Pizza Palace episode when the babies are trying to talk to the costumes...aww man...

Not totally a hilarious moment in the show, but everytime the theme song for the show would come on, my dog would bark like crazy. Haha he hated the theme song so much...

I totally forgot about that! My brother and I cracked up at that too!

I also liked when Chuckie and Tommy were having a sleepover and Tommy kept talking and asking questions...
Tommy: Hey Chuckie-
Chuckie: What Tommy? I want to go to sleep!
Tommy: Oh nothing...I was just thinking about green jello.
Chuckie: Green jello???
Tommy: yeah, how do they make it green?
Chuckie: I don't know Tommy! Go to sleep!
its all quiet then you hear chuckie say "how do they make it green"

I also liked Reptar on ice and he was trying to improv and saying "theres kids on the ice...there's these kids on the ice...would someone call their moooom!"

I am 17 and remember those days when I was younger. I look back, it is not quite as funny, but I love how when Angelica won't eat her desert in an older episode, her dad Drew says "Angelica, if you don't eat your brocolli you get seconds on desert." I think that is how it was worded. I love that!!!

What does the Law of Karma say? You give someone their's your gonna get yours.

well im glad that Nick has brought out Nicktoonsters so I can watch all these episodes again! I missed the Rugrats! Used to watch it all the time and it shows cos when I watch episodes back I can remember more or less every line said! lol I loved that 'Im huuuungry' we said it alot in my house haha!

I love anything Lil says, I think shes so funny cos of the way she says it!

Oo just remembered another part I found funny but dunno why .. the one where tommy has to stay at chuckies and tommy does everything different to chuckie! after a while chuckie loses it and goes 'my house, my house! well guess what tommy! this isnt my house, its my house!'

And another one where Timmy and his brothers have a race in the park with Angelica and Co. I think timmy distracts Phil n Lil with a popsickle(sp?)so Angelica gets Timmy back by telling Teddy theres a dead lizard in the bushes so he runs off looking for this lizard! Then Timmy comes over looking for Teddy,
Teddy:'I didnt find any dead lizeerd'
Timmy: 'Dead lizard? Teddy get back in the race! Angelica .. You're Cheatin'!'
Angelica: 'ME cheatin'? What about you popsickle boy??'

i find that really funny too!

I love the "Clan of the Duck" Episode When Chuckie gets trapped in the group of people dancing and comes out out of breath and Phil's like "What Happened Chuckie" and Chuckie's like "Dah Horra Da Horrah" lmao alot of those things on that show have me in stitches now thinking about it

I love it when Angelica calls Chuckie , "Sure Chuckie, or should I say Lindor, from Beta 7?" Or "Oh Aliem,,,,come out to play-a!"

I like when Chuckie is finishing his pictures in the episode "Home movies" when he says something like "Tommy Pickles. Defender of ruth, crustice and the american cheese!"

Also from the Home Movies episode when Tommy is drawing and says something along the lines of not having his motor skills yet.

Lil is probably my favorite character, although Angelica is a photo finish[ to close to tell.

When Chuckie is in the Ballerina outfit getting ready to dance to the cynthia song for ballet and Angelica's like "Yeah Chuckie, Break and egg."

My favorite was from the Princess Angelica episode when Angelica was doing those tests and she does the Princess and the Pea test and Lil said ''I can feel it when Phil pees through alot of blankets does that mean I'm a princess?'' and Angelica said ''No that just makes you both disgusting.'' I always found that hilarious.

"Pickles? I'm huuuuuungry..." LMAO, OP I don't remember that but man it is funny.

I liked Angela jumping out of the sand to get that boy's attention. It was so random, one minute she wasn't there, the next she emerges yelling: "You can't have me you can't have me you can't haaaave meeeee!"

oh yeah,i remember that.That was the episode with Dean.

I think all the moments with Grandpa were hilarious !.it's been so long since i last saw rugrats that there are some things i cant remember.If my memory gets refreshed,i'll add some more of my favourite funny moments !

My daughter is now 17, and she loved Rugrats when she was little. So I've always regarded it as her show and not mine, and pretty much tuned it out. But I did watch as many of their holiday specials as I could. With the exception of the Mother's Day episode that made both of us cry, I always liked these shows. To me, they were better done than their regular episodes.

i cant remember exactly what made me laugh, but i loved rugrats, i'm 16 and i also grew up watching that show, i think iv've seen every single episode, not only once,i think 10000 times each.love those kids, especially Phil :D
· i loved the halloween episode, remember? that was so funny, when the babies wanna go and see what was goin on..
· and also, that one when angelica was teachin the babies how to dance,i think it was sth related to ballet classes, and they were dressedd in a very funny way, i really loved that.
· or when angelica is learning to tie her shoes.that was very funny too :D

I cant believe nobody has mentioned the episode where the babies take off thier clothes and Tommy looks at Lil and begins to ask her about her body, I thought that part was hilarious

im 21 and used to watch this show with my brother all the time. we would both say im huuunnngry all the time too. in fact we said it so much that i forgot where i got it from until my brother reminded me a couple of months ago lol. another favorite quote is "if you have to ask, then you'll never know". im the only girl in my family so of course my bros would call me angelica. so i would say this to them just to get them mad. lol still works

haha im 18 so i watched the show all the time but i love the "if you have to ask..." quote. also anything from mr. fiend too hahah but your post is so funny because everyone in my family used to call me angelica too

I grew up with this hsow! One of the funniest moments was when Chuckie was in the bush and Tommy makes a comment about a family bush and then there's a drum sound. Also, the episode where Tommy and Chuckie try to get candy out of the ATM machine was hilarious.

OMG my mind is blown. This is almost me exactly. I'm 21 and I remember I used to say and still say "I'm huuuunngry", and until just now I had forgotten why I even started saying it.

1. The babies going through a Naked Stage
2. When Angelica cusses on National TV and Tommy covers his face and falls onto the floor. lol It took me years to realized what Angelica said!
3. When they were going to the family reunion and Grandpa Lou stays on the train while the rest are just standing their watching. Then Stu says "I bet he planned this the whole time".
4. The Episode
5. When ever Didi relies on her Lipshitz book.
6. The name Lipshitz for obvious reasons ;)
