I just noticed the similarities between Roc father and Micahel from Good Times how they were both about black power or the white man this, the black man that. At least on Good Times Michael did out grow that once he got older but he was annoying as a kid with that after awhile.

Huh? I was talking about Andrew Emerson (Roc father). Mike Evans of Good Times did not have a wife.
Ha! I have no idea what I was talking about ...too much multitasking! But, yeah Micheal was deep into black nationalism. I liked him in the earlier seasons, with all of the black pride and historical references.
