Who narrated Psycho-Gram? The series about a spy who described his adventures with picture postcards.

This was about a spy? I thought it was about a psychopath verbalizing his delusions and/or clever euphamisms for whatever psychotic deeds he had committed. Hence the title "Psycho-Gram".
