What's funny is that when Mr. Bone said it (usually over the loud speaker) afterwards he said under his breath "whatever that means".

I remember when I was a kid watching it and my dad would sometimes watch it with me if he had nothing better to do, and he laughed when Bone said that. I asked what it meant and he went "pretty damn quick."
