Which are the best episodes?

I recently bought the DVDs and am rewatching the series for the first time since I was a kid. I can't remember all the best episodes, and the descriptions on TV.com aren't helping to jog my memory. Since I was a kid the first time I watched these, my favorite episodes were the ones that featured a lot of Tony's family, especially David and especially if the family was involved with the case of the week. Any ideas?

I know this is kinda the opposite of your thread, but I just watched a bunch of Season 1 episodes for the first time and generally like them all, but, there was an episode I watched a few nights ago involving a deer hunter who illegally shot a deer and sparked an outrage. I think it also dealt with a jewel thief who raped his victims. Anyway, the acting in this episode was so bad, I thought, that it ruined part of the punch the episode should have carried. And it applied to everyone- including Chiklis. It was so bad at times. Just completely wooden and fake.

And the thing is, I genuinely like this show. I never even knew it existed until I found the first season at Walmart. I like how even though it's a DVD, without commericals to make the episodes seem longer than they are, they still feel long and involved. That's great. But in some of them, the dialogue is just painful. Usually only by a few lines. The whole episode will be written very well, but then there's a really stupid line tossed in during a great scene.

It's weird, and I was just wondering if you or anyone else who seems to have watched it a lot when it was on ever thought the same.

I'd be happier if you'd be quiet! IMDb has an ignore button so you can ignore posters that you don't like. I plan on using it on you as soon as I'm finished with this comment.
