Throughout the series of Brittas Empire we are lead to believe that Carole and Gordon got together after a case of mistaken identity in the bedroom. I was confused to work out out of her 3 children who he fathered?
Was it Ben or the twins? I would lean more towards it being the twins since it runs in the Brittas family (by the end of the series wife Helen had given birth to twins as well!).
Anyone know for sure?

Twins run in his his family. He is a twin (horatio) and he and Helen have a set of twins as well.

True but in real life twins will always (I don't know why) skip a generation so if your a twin, your kids might have twins but you won't. I don't know why.
shareHi Deem thanks for clearing that up for me. Did Brittas find out about his extra children. I am currently on Series 6 of the DVD collection, and as yet he doesn't seem to mention it.
shareNo problem. I don't think Brittas ever realized it. He was pretty out of it normally. For a while WLIW was showing this and I recorded the episodes on videotape. The second episode I have on the tape was when some unseen assailant was trying to do Brittas in. Well to make a long story short Helen was talking to Laura and mentioned how Brittas just steps out into the street without regards to the cars on the street. He says "Don't worry, darling it was MY right of way"
Brittas is just in his own llittle world usually. He has his *dream* but in reality, he has no idea how much he pisses off the rest of the people.

Yes he did find out when someone notices the twins have his profile, Carol tells Gorden she will let them know he is their father when 'They are 40 and sitting down' Helen didnt mind (not as if she could complain about him sleeping with someone lol).
