I always believed, arbitrarily, that Laurie wrote the piece he plays in the ending cocktail sequence. Anyone know whether this is true, or if not, where it's actually from?

No, That's the name of the tune they used in the opening sequence for season 1 & 2, he asked about the end music in season 3 & 4!
