Once A Thief 2?

Finally, saw OAT tonight and loved it, and noticed that IMDB lists a sequel that presumably started production in 1991, but there is not much information beyond that. Does anyone know if it was ever made? If not, Woo should get out of Hollywood and start making good films again.
