Not good
I did not like this movie. John Woo has done better action scenes.

I thought it was rather good. Much better then either Windtalkers or Mission Impossible 2 but not even close to The Killer, Hard Boiled or Face Off. Mind you I can't compare it to A Better Tomorrow 1,2 or A Bullet In The Head because I have yet to see them even though I want to.

no chance it's (Once A Thief) better than MI2/Face Off or The Killer.
but i would say it's roughly on par with Hard Boiled but then again i think Hard Boiled is a little overrated.
-Mission Impossible II = 9/10 (some solid action scenes and the chemistry between Cruise/Newton helps carry it. the best MI film to date overall)
-Face Off = 9/10
-The Killer = 8/10
-Once A Thief = 6.5/10 (i was a little generous and gave it a 7/10)
-Hard Boiled = 6.5/10 (i was a little generous and gave it a 7/10) (the main problem with Hard Boiled is the action seems to be overkill and goes on and on. it's like it tried to top The Killer but ended up getting to much action. The Killer on the other hand everything was solid. characters/action etc etc)
-Windtalkers = 6/10 (this is also one of the weaker Nicolas Cage movies i seen and i am a fan of Nicolas Cage in general.)
