Is that a young Patricia Arquette ..???

Was it just me, or is that a young Patricia Arquette seated next to the priest at the bar when Nicolas Cage's character is drinking at the bar (in one of the may bar scenes) ... It certainly looks like her, with a blonde bob. Had Nicolas Cage met her at this point? She doesn't speak, nor is she even a featured extra per say, so she is uncredited (and not even listed her as uncredited), but it looks like her ....
