Clint’s acting style in this - like another film?

Eastwood breaks into this sort of fast-talking, upper class, 1940s/50s manner of speaking/acting for this.

I understand why - no need to defend it or rationalize it.

My question is: Wasn’t there another film he acted in where he did the EXACT same manner of speaking? I’m sure I’ve seen something.

But I think I’ve seen most of the Eastwood films and for the life of me I can’t remember which one it would be. Help!

Been sat trying to think through Eastwood films and the best I can suggest is in In the Line of Fire his character puts on a posh voice during a conversation with Rene Russo, also I think there's a similar occasion in City Heat where his character does a posh voice during which ever bit it was,oo just thought the same may happen in Pink Cadilac but not sure, the only other film I can think where the whole film he was in a different style apposed to what we used to is Honkytonk Man where if I remember right(not seen it for 23 years)he's got a Southern accent,Hope that might jog your memory.
