Just realised that shredders sidekick was dubbed by whiteman

The character, Tatsu, has a speaking role late in the film and I realised it sounded very much like a white guy. Looking at the cast on themoviedb.com (I've boycotted imdb), it does state that both him and shredder had voice actors voice them.

Shredder makes sense, you don't see the actors mouth so might as well get a bad ass villain voice, but it surprised me that they dubbed his sidekick. Maybe his English was that bad .
