It's not *that* bad. There are a lot worse films out there that have had much larger budgets to play with.

I thought this film was a whole lot of blithely cheesy fun. David Gale in particular is a total hoot as the gloriously unhinged Carter Brown.

I liked it. It was cheesy yes, but it was fun and the monster design is very good. There were some pretty effective monster shots throughout. Did Cameron rip off the T-1000 rebuilding itself from this movie???

It's not a bad movie but it isn't a great movie either. Pretty average. The only reason I fully watched it was because of the beautiful Starr Andreeff
