This wouldn't happen to be the movie where Christina Applegate shows her breasts for a very brief moment is it? I just remember a movie from about this time and setting, where she was, at one point, in some sort of tunnel(maybe a storm sewer tunnel?) and had bartered for protection or something by flashing her breasts at some guy.
