This movie freaked me out when I first saw it!

I just found out the name of the movie today. I was watching the show "Disappeared" on the ID network. There was an episode about someone being abducted and it made me remember a movie where a little boy got kidnapped in a grocery store and then came back years later. The other 2 scenes that stuck out was when the mom had the safety pins in her hand and they were bleeding and when the dad fell in the ice. Through a massive google search putting these terms in, I finally found it and saw that it can be viewed on you-tube. Got to watch it again for the first time in almost 25 years ago. So crazy.
