Missing scene?

My wife and I just bought this film and for some reason I remembered a scene that had Ben Stiller telling Bette, "They make you get a license to fish and a license to drive, but just anyone can be a father."

Is there something missing or am I thinking of another movie? If it is another movie why would I think it was Ben Stiller and Bette Midler in the scene? If anyone knows where that quote comes from, I'd appreciate your help.
