Does anyone know why there was never a soundtrack album released for this movie? John Morris' score was terrific, and Bette sings a wonderful song over the end credits - "One More Cheer". Plus, there's some great late 60's songs used in the film.
shareThe movie was just dumped in the dead of winter while everyone was going to watch the Oscar movies.
It has a "downer" ending. They didn't give it a chance, and didn't push it at all. So there's no surprise they didn't get behind a soundtrack and push that, too, which sucks because "One More Cheer" sounds like it could have been a radio hit off the #1 hit "Wind Beneath My Wings" the previous year.
