A blood test is always a good idea yes, but.....wear a condom! Then your worries should be a lot less!

But testing is not 100% accurate either. And someone can have the test & then go sleep around without their partner ever knowing.
There's no such thing as 100% safe sex, as we all know. Condoms are the best we have against STDs.
They do have 'oral condoms', but one can always NOT have oral sex too!

I'm curious how old people are on this thread. It wasn't uncommon in the '80s/'90s for people to get blood tests before having sex. Therefore not odd conversation for the times. 🙂
