Has anyone read about or heard what Vivian Schilling's reaction was to being MST3Ked? I mean, I guess she had to have some part in handing over the rights, but I'd be interested to know what she thought about it, since apparently the movie was written based (loosely) on a personal near death experience.
sharenot sure what her rection was but would be interested to know,some people dont mind, the funniest example i know of was the cast and crew of Time chasers who threw a party on the night the show premiered when they heard MST3K wanted to use their film as it meant that the movie broke even on its investment and the also claimed to be fans of MST3K,apparently the party was a bit of a downer as they didnt realise that MST3K would savage the film (they couldnt have been fans of the show methinks),apparently the guy who played that small guy in a pink jacket got very upset (aww bless him), apparently the makers of 'Future War' took it a lot better as the the in joke on the set was that the movie was so bad that MST3K were bound to riff on it and they did.
I think if i ever made a movie i would love to get Mike,Kevin and Bill to give an optional audio track even if it was to point out how rubbish it was

Naw, I know tons of folks who don't take the time to watch something that trashes them. I know quite a few actors who don't bother reading critiques that slam them. Why put yourself through that? Besides, the only real way to grow in your craft is to get guidance and advice from people who KNOW what they are talking about - professionals and teachers in whatever field you are studying.
I have seen the film bare (no MST3K treatment) and it was okay, pretty good for a low budget 1990 movie (remember the movies from that time period? ) ;) LOL!
Actually I thought then (and still think now) that Ms Schilling is a quite pretty woman. I love her red hair and was really the only reason I watched the film.
