Is this a true story??
At the beginning, it said something like "This was the author's personal account or something like that." That makes me think it's a true story. If so, quite inspirational.
shareYes Its a true story it happened not far from where I live now maybe 30 minutes. Near the Gainsville Ga area. I use to know this girl back around 95 that actually went to school with Terry O'Kelley back in the 80's Its a true story and a sad one too, sometimes they would come to school unclean and other children would make fun. But Terry O'Kelley did the best he could with what he had. Last I heard Terry was living in florida 2 or 3 of his brothers still live in this area.
