anyone else notice that between shots the ropes binding them change?

i mean, in one shot, lamas has ropes across his chest in a X, in the shot where Slim cuts down Kid to rape her, his ropes are all Straight and neat..

Kid's ropes go from acrross her front, to her hips, and when Slim cuts her ankle bonds she only has ropes on her knees.

why not just film all the shots at once?
