is this the same house as the one in sorotiy house II? the both seem to have numerous similarities in terms of layout.

Same exact set.

Jim Wynorski(director of Sorority House Massacre II) used the set after it had been 'undressed' from SPM III.

I remember when i first saw Sorority House Massacre 2, i was like hmm. .this set looks really familiar, and then noticed it was from this movie! I love both of these movies.
