The opening beach scenes were shot at Venice Beach, Los Angeles, California. Moreover, the interiors of the house were shot at Roger Corman's studio in Venice, California.

I have scoured the streets of Venice, Playa Vista, and all surrounding areas but have not found the house. The commentary on the dvd wasnt much help, only stating it was in the Venice area. Who knows?? Heck, I may have been looking in the wrong area this whole time. Any help is appreciated!

LarsonWolf, Jackie's house is located at 2013 Addison Way, Los Angeles, CA 90041. I was just on the fansite for this series, and someone had located it. I have no idea how they did that, but I like seeing what the house looks like today :)
Yep. We have Mr. H to thank for this from OHMB.net. Guy is amazing at finding these obscure locations. Still not exactly sure how he does it.
