Trying to find a similar film

Hi there,
I'm trying to find a similar bug- infested film when I was young. I remember 1 scene from it. a person (male/ female) drank out of a bottle of tequila which had a worm in it. anyway, about 5 mins later, the worm grew and came out of his/ her mouth. Sick I know. But it's really annoying me. I saw this as a child. Or if you can just list bug movies?

Poltergeist 2.
It's Craig T Nelson who drinks the tequilla and downs the worm, which he then proceeds to vomit out as it grows in size. Rather disgusting little scene, it's haunted me ever since I first saw it. haha
