Music In The Movie

Looking for Whispering Winds by Willie Hona. This was in the Hotel scene when Carlos was beat up and he was waiting for the bus. It's also in the movie Private Lessons 2, a Japanese import, but I can not find this on a cd or soundtrack anywhere. Help?
