HD FL 48

Now I don't know about motorcycles but I understood that the Harley in Nick's garage, the one that didn't run, was referred to as a 48. Now if they meant 1948 then I doubt that there were electric starters on bikes back then. But like I said: 'I don't know about bikes.'

"aftermarket."
That is, of course, if your doubts hold up... on the other hand, maybe they did... since you don't know about bikes, your opinion on it doesn't really matter much.

Just watched the movie last night for the second time in 15 years and I noticed the same thing. You are correct, the first year of Harley's electric start was 1965. I'm surprised they let that slip. Clint rode a Harley in an old episode of Highway Patrol in the mid 50's. I'm sure he remembers having to kick start it! By the way, don't pay any attention to people like ragreen259 who apparently has anger issues to work out.

Thanks!! You're right! People like 'ragreen259' are the same kind of people mentioned in 'Jay and Silent Bob strike back' that posted on Moviepoopshoot.com. If you've ever watched Jay & Silent Bob then you know what I mean!!!
Thanks!!

...and this is what happens when brain giants get together. Time to go into the stairwell for a quick one, boys.

Yeah, definitely wouldn't want to pay attention to someone with a suggestion, would you? Much of a control freak are you, or is it just one of your habits, telling people what to do?
George Bush, is that really you?
