...The same as his original RoboCop 2 screenplay? I haven't read this comic yet. For those who read it, do you think it's a better story than RoboCop 2 and do you think it would have been possible to make it into a movie at that time?

That was a pretty funny and accurate review. I think the story that ended up in the movie was actually better than this comic book version. I'm not a huge fan of Miller's work. I know The Dark Knight Returns is supposed to be great but I never got into it, but I did enjoy Year One a lot.

shareI agree. I don't know why everyone makes such a big deal about him. They treat The Dark Knight Returns like it's the Holy Grail of comics, but I don't really think it's that good. The concept is cool, but the execution isn't anything to write home about. Some of his other work is just complete *beep*
