I just looked him up and he is still alive as of the posting of this. What a great movie, I guess we will never really know if he did it or didn't do it. Unless he has a death bed confession. Even after watching the movie, it's hard to say if I think he is guilty or not. As of this writing, he is 91 years old.

Looking at the medical history of Sunny, I don't think Claus von Bülow murdered his wife. He just didn't need to. He is still a nasty, golddigging fraud, though.
