What I mean is: the disney villain, Percival C. McLeach is a character that looks exactly like the late actor George C. Scott, that's right, the same George C. Scott who plays McLeach's voice! The evil poacher even has facial expression like the famed Scott! I have compared pictures of McLeach and Scott and there is a BIG resemblence.

Yes, many Disney characters look similar to the people who do their voices. This is because the way people's heads, bodies and faces are shaped has much to do with the way their voices sound. Drawing a character's face to "match" the voice makes the character more believable and gives it more of a personality. Disney usually does an excellent job with this, or at least they did until computer animation took over their pain-staking, but beautifully done frame-by-frame animation.

I would say Bernard looks like his VA Bob Newheart whereas Bianca bears a resemblance to Eva Gabor.
While not 2-d and not exactly a look alike, I do see some facial motions from Rapunzel that are reminiscent of Mandy Moore's when both are singing.
I don't think 8 Crazy Nights was Disney.
